As manufactures of high quality wooden toys with headquarters in southern Germany, NIC has been committed to sustainability not just for months, but for several decades.  They use only FSC/PEFC-certified wood, treated with natural oils, mostly linseed or castor oil, for their organic range of products.  They use oil-based plant pigments and natural colors which contributed to an environmentally friendly surface treatment.
